If you are craving for halo-halo, Melton's halo-halo at Poblacion, Pardo Cebu City, would probably be the cheaper and the best late snack or dessert for you. Melton's get two thumbs up for their delicious and tasty halo-halo at very affordable prices. Take note, they are not only serving halo-halo. :)

They also served pizza "melton's pizza". We ordered their super special halo-halo and the pizza :)

They also served Squid Balls for only P 12.00 and tempura for P 12.00 also, Batchoy for only P 45.00. Unfortunately, we weren't able to ordered these. :)
